In response to the cocoa market situation, and in order to meet our customers’ expectations, we decided to create a new category of products called PROFI LINE, made with high quality (non -lauric) compound containing cocoa butter equivalent (CBE).
This compound is distinguished by a high level of quality stability and great taste. Moreover it has the same processing and full compatibility with chocolate
