Chunks

Two kinds of chunks dedicated for different applications:

  • Flat (Standard and Mini) – dedicated for use in ice cream, mousses, creams or as a muesli ingredient. They are also perfect as a decoration to be sprinkled on cakes and ice cream,

  • Convex (Standard and Mini) – made of bakestable chocolate and so they keep their shape while baking. Recommended as an additive to muffins, cakes, cookies, bars or sweet pastry.
