PEARLY COLOURING AGENT GOLD

The Gold Pearly Colouring Spray provides confectionery products with a golden metallic shine finish. It is perfect for applying onto the surface of chocolate, fondant, marzipan, mousses, butter cream, cakes, biscuits, soft and hard icings.
Tip: Pearly colour can be applied onto the surface of any food product.
How to use:
– Shake well for about 20 seconds before use
– Spray onto the surface from about 20-30 cm and let it dry
Application:
  • pralines and chocolate figures – spray the colouring on a mould before pouring chocolate inside,
  • chocolate decorations – spray the colouring on a foil before pouring chocolate on it,
  • layer cake covering by icing sugar, marzipan, compound – spray the colouring directly on a cake surface,
  • chocolate products – spray the colouring directly on surface of figures, decorations, pralines, bars,
  • decorations or figures made from marzipan, plastic chocolate – spray the colouring directly on the surface of the items,
  • ookies and layer cakes with whipped cream – spray the colouring directly on whipped cream,
  • cookies and cream layer cake – spray the colouring directly on cream,
  • meringue, shortbread cookies – spray the colouring directly on the ready item.

Note: Pearly colouring agent does not have to be warmed up!
