CRISPY PRALINE TRUFFLE
Ingredients:
45 gCocoa Butter - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code 2371)
25 gMilk Chocolate 34% - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code CHL35XXC3)
300 gPraline Paste 60% - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code 6142)
50 gRoyal Crispy Flakes - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code 332451)
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate with the cocoa butter (at 32°C), then add to the Praline Paste and blend thoroughly. Add the finely crushed crispy flakes at the end. Use to fill milk chocolate truffle shells – BARBARA DECOR (code 1031) and coat the truffles with the Milk Chocolate 34% - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code CHL35XXC3).
