ROYAL ROCHER
Ingredients:
200 gChocolate (white, milk or dark) - BARIMA ARTISANAL
100 gRoyal Crispy Flakes – BARIMA ARTISANAL (code 332451)
Preparation:

Melt the chocolate (32°C) or use tempered chocolate. Add the crispy flakes and mix gently until they are covered in chocolate. Divide into portions, shape and leave until set.
