Hot chocolate with churros
A very sweet composition, perfect for long autumn evenings. Hot chocolate based on Barima Artisanal 50% dark chocolate with milk and cream. Chocolate with churros is definitely a good idea for the autumn blues.

Bring the milk with cream to boil. Add chocolate, stir until the chocolate is melted and boil it again. Reduce heat and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve at 55 - 60°C.
Bring the water with butter and salt to boil. Add flour all at once. Stir until the flour is completely incorporated and the thick dough clumps into a ball. Put the ready-made dough in a churros machine or in a piping bag and shape the sticks. Fry the sticks in vegetable oil at 190ᴼC. After frying coat the churros with sugar.
