COURSES OFFERED
The Academy of Skills - Inspiration invites all confectionery enthusiasts to improve their skills, discover the charms of chocolate and the secrets of contemporary confectionery, and keep up with the latest trends. Our patisserie courses for pastry chefs and bakery enthusiasts provide hands-on instruction encompassing practical techniques and recipes that will prove to be extremely helpful in your daily work. Courses, including various pastry and confectionery courses are conducted in small groups of up to 12 participants and are divided into six distinct categories.
