VIENNESE ALMOND PRALINE
Ingredients:
120 gCream 30%
240 gMilk Chocolate 34% - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code CHL35XXC3)
25 gConcentrated Viennese Almond paste
40 gButter
Preparation:

Boil the cream, pour it into the chocolate and mix. Cool the mixture to 35°C, add the Viennese Almond paste and the soft butter, and mix again.
