ORANGE TEA PRALINE
Ingredients:
120 gMilk
6 gEarl Grey
10 gOrange zest
15 gHoney
110 gMilk Chocolate 34% - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code CHL35XXC3)
140 gDark Chocolate 56% - BARIMA ARTISANAL​ (code CHN56XX3)
40 gButter
Preparation:

Brew the tea in the boiled milk and add the orange zest (for about 10 minutes). Strain, add the honey, pour into the chocolate and blend thoroughly. Cool the mixture to 35°C and add the soft butter.
