Mix the butter with white and brown sugar and concentrated vanilla paste using a paddle attachment. Then gradually add eggs and whisk until a homogeneous texture is achieved. Add all the remaining dry ingredients and mix again adding chocolate drops at the end. Form the dough using a 30g scoop. Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
