10 MUFFINS
Ingredients:
150 gPlain flour
6 gBaking powder
2 gBaking soda
50 gWhite chocolate 29% Barima Artisanal (code CHB28XXB3)
2 pcs.Eggs
120 gCream 18% fat
75 gSugar
45 gButter
100 gChunks dark bakestable standard Barima Artisanal (code 882500)
Preparation:

Melt the butter and white chocolate. Mix all dry ingredients together, add butter with chocolate, eggs and cream. Mix it thoroughly. Add chocolate chunks at the end. Pour the mass into the molds and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
