Liquid chocolate in the form of a cold shot with refreshing, citrus oranges is a perfect flavour combination, great for the hot days as a mini dessert.

COLD CHOCOLATE SHOTS
Ingredients:
1000 gMilk (3,2% fat)
500 gCream (36% fat)
200 gDark chocolate 50% Barima Artisanal (code CHN50XXD10)
300 gMilk chocolate 34% Barima Artisanal (code CHL35XXC3)
200 gOrange juice
20 gConcentrated orange paste
Preparation:
Bring the milk with the cream to the boil. Add the chocolate and stir until it is melted and boil it again. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 8 minutes, still stirring. Set aside to cool. Add the concentrated orange paste to the orange juice, pour into a mould and freeze. Put the frozen orange juice cubes into a glass and pour the cooled chocolate mixture over. Stir and serve.
