ADVOCAAT PRALINE
Ingredients:
120 gCream 30%
240 gWhite Chocolate 29% - BARIMA ARTISANAL (code CHB28XXB3)
25 gConcentrated Advocaat paste
40 g Butter
Preparation:
Boil up the cream, pour it into the chocolate and mix. Cool to 35°C, add the Advocaat paste and soft butter, and mix again.
