We have been manufacturing chocolate decorations for more than 33 years, always relying on self-established values regarding quality standards and customer service. Quality and safety have always been priorities in our production processes. We strive to continually improve these aspects by developing the skills of our teams, upgrading the machinery, and advancing our own technologies. As a result, we have been able to provide our customers with products made of chocolate of consistent high-quality, by means of secure, accountable, and sustainable practices.

We fully adhere to the provisions of ISO 9001:2015 standard, a globally recognized benchmark for quality management systems. Moreover, our food safety management system has been certified in accordance with the FSSC 22000 standard, acknowledged by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Food safety
We guarantee the highest safety and quality of our products by:
- Obtaining the accreditation of our quality management system.
- Formulating a comprehensive Quality and Food Safety Policy.
- Conducting external and internal audits.
- Exercising thorough scrutiny at every step of the production process.
- Undertaking systematic physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of both raw materials and finished products in accredited laboratories located in Poland.
SUSTAINABILITY POLICIES
We prioritize the use of sustainably and responsibly sourced raw materials in our production processes. As an accredited purchaser of Rainforest Alliance and Fairtrade raw materials, we strive to fulfil our commitment to responsible sourcing:
- The Rainforest Alliance certification serves to endorse agricultural practices that prioritize both environmental preservation and the well-being and safety of workers. It also facilitates the development of cocoa growing by increasing its efficiency and sustainability.
- The Fairtrade certification is a system that promotes fair trade and supports the establishment of an ethical supply chain prioritizing the welfare of small-scale farmers.
GMOs, Allergens and colourings and flavourings
We are fully aware how significant the matters regarding GMOs, allergens, and natural colourings and flavourings are to our clients, therefore:
- Our products are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs), have not undergone irradiation, and do not contain nanomaterials.
- The allergens present in our production area, found either as ingredients or trace amounts in our products, are milk and soy.
- We utilize only natural colourings and flavourings in the production of decorations.
- We provide our customers with the option of choosing their preferred colourings and flavourings
Traceability and safety of raw materials
We care about safety and high production standards, therefore:
- We establish partnerships with reputable suppliers of raw materials, ensuring highest production standards.
- We carefully select raw materials that possess exceptional quality attributes, sourced from certified and trusted producers.
- We utilize only natural colourings and flavourings in the production of decorations.
- We conduct sensory assessments, analyses, and supplier inspections, in order to guarantee traceability of the raw materials throughout the entire supply chain.
Packaging and recycling
We place significant emphasis on the materials utilized in our packaging as well as their recyclability, which is why:
- Our cardboard packaging is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), verifying the source of the raw materials used in its production.
- We carefully select raw materials that possess exceptional quality attributes, sourced from certified and trusted producers.
- Our plastic packaging is partly made of recycled plastic.
- We offer various types of packaging, categorized as retail or industrial packaging.
- Our packaging solutions may be customized according to individual customer requirements.
- We actively collaborate with our packaging suppliers to explore environmentally friendly alternatives and innovations.
- we continuously enhance our packaging waste management processes and cooperate with a packaging recovery organization in order to comply with the legal regulations on packaging waste recycling.
